Billu & Dolly are in love with each other. Dolly stays with her uncle who is a strict person. He disapproves Billu & Dolly’s relationship and fixes her marriage with friend's son Dhiru Keshto. Dolly does not like Dhinikeshto, so to get rid of him, plans with her friends Pratima of fake illness. The doctor asks Dolly’s uncle to hire a nurse. Hence uncle hangs a notice board outside his house, asking for a nurse. Billu who is quite desperate to get in touch with Dolly, asks from Ram for help. Ram on knowing, Dolly’s uncle looking for a nurse, takes disguise as nurse ‘Priyangbada’ and starts working. Dolly’s uncle, a widower falls in love with Priyangbada, in the mean while am himself falls in love with Pratima, but is hesitant to approach her, because of his female disguise. But Pratima finds out about Priyangbada’s reality and accepts Ram’s proposal. To make the plans foolproof, Ram & Billu’s friend Ghanta also passes as a gatekeeper in front of Dolly's home. When Dolly’s uncle gives marriage proposal to Priyangbada, Priyangbada convinces uncle to get Dolly and Billu married. Uncle agrees to the same and both the couples are married. But on wedding night, Ram disguises as Priyangbada & goes out in search of his newly-wed bride. The rest celebrates Billu & Dolly’s wedding, while uncle searches frantically for his Priyangbada.
